methodologies do vary from state to state. In many situations, well
designed, strategically placed advertisements are the most efficient
way to quickly attract candidates.
Our
services will arrange for strategic advertisements to be placed
in either National or Local media. Advertising charges are on-charged
to the client without additional surcharge. As part of our service,
we are happy to work with the client in design and layout without
extra cost, providing that no extra graphics or design layout is
required from a third party.
Advertising
agencies can be used on a case by case basis. In cases where external
agencies are utilised, fee for service will be on-charged to the
client.
All applications that are received in response to media advertising
will be subject to our standard screening procedures. This includes
one-on-one interviews and reference checking.
Included
in our fee structure is provision for Internet Advertising. As a
vast proportion of job vacancies now are included on various websites,
it is therefore prudent to make sure that we also are reaching as
many possible candidates as we can.
In
addition to internet advertising, we can arrange for Display Advertisements
to be placed in Regional, State and National papers on a user pay
basis. We do not charge a service fee for this, however where specific
graphics are required, additional costs may be charged.
All
suitable applicants who respond to advertisements are phone screened
with selected applicants being interviewed, reference checked and
referred on for second interview.
