Recruitment Services

Our
Permanent Recruitment Services will include all internet advertising,
phone screens, interviews, assessment ( where specified) and conducting
a minimum of 2 Reference checks.
Clients are furnished with a shortlist of candidates including
a summary on the applicant with skill levels, licences, salary expectations
and health status along with resumes, academic transcript copies
and any required security clearances.
Police and Defense clearance can also be arranged either at the
cost of the client or individual.
Barker HR prides itself on it's response time and turnaround times,
and generally quote 5 to 10 working days to have a shortlist provided,
however in some circumstances, this timeframe may need to be extended
in order to achieve the desired result.
All of our Recruitment Services come with a 3mth replacement guarantee,
being extended to 6mths for salaries above 70k.
